Returns

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at skincare@facialface.in to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you’ve obtained the RMA, securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the following address:

We offer a convenient prepaid shipping label for returns. Simply use the label enclosed with your original order. The return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us, ensuring that your experience is as hassle-free as possible.

You may also use the prepaid shipping label included with your order. Return shipping charges will be covered by us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect the item’s condition. Refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly within one (1) business day of receiving the returned product. You will receive an email notification to confirm that your return has been processed. Please allow additional time for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Exceptions

Please Note:

  • Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The product must remain unopened. Additionally, an unboxing video showing the original condition of the product is required for verification and approval of your return.
